The aim of teaching the course is to teach students individually to design and develop practical applications of complex management of production and trade organizations, comprising the implementation of management on the level economics and accounting, marketing, quality management system, business, operational and strategic management with direct ties to the production management system. The procedures are discussed each parts of the management and methodically proposed logical links between different management parts with the specification hardware with an emphasis on links between the entities. In the final phase students practical implement the proposed solutions with the use of hardware and software resources that are available in the model workplace of DSR KKUI. |
